The Music subcategory provides an immersive experience in both musical theory and performance. Students engage in comprehensive lessons covering instrument training, vocal techniques, and composition, alongside a detailed study of rhythm, melody, and harmony. The program balances structured learning with creative exploration, fostering individual expression and ensemble collaboration. Performance opportunities and group projects further enhance students’ skills and confidence in the dynamic world of music.

Han Jiang Li - Composer and Conductor

Composer, conductor, wind player, and music educator. Li graduated from the composition Department of The Central Conservatory of Music, the highest music institution in China, and obtained a master’s degree in composition. He was taught by Professor Guo Wenjing, one of the top composers today.
As a musician, Mr. Li, Han-Chiang has created a variety of different types and styles of music. For example, he was the composer of the film “Flying Swords of Dragon Gate” directed by Tsui Hark in Hong Kong and was nominated for the Best Original music award at the Hong Kong Film Awards. He has conducted in over one hundred performances experience. He is the permanent on-site conductor of National Traditional Orchestra of Middle School Affiliated to the National academic of Chinese theatre arts. As a music educator, he is employed as a guest instructor of folk music in The China National Opera Academy. Meanwhile, he is teaching and conducting choruses and orchestras in many major, middle and primary school associations and training institutions.

Bin Xin Li - Cello Educator

A young oil painter, Deputy secretary general of China Art Research Institute, Director of Beijing Painting and Calligraphy Art Academy, member of Yu, Xiaodong studio. Graduated from faculty of oil Painting, Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts.
In 2013, his masterpiece “Golden August” won the first prize of graduation creation of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts with the first place in the whole department, and then it was selected into “2011-2014 Excellent Graduate Works Exhibition” of Jin Shangyi Foundation and The Fifth Tianjin Oil Painting Biennial Exhibition. In the same year, he was admitted to the oil painting Department of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts as a graduate student with the first prize in the professional examination and he studied under professor Yu, Xiaodong, a famous art professor.
After graduation, he continued to create works and many of his works have won art awards in China and abroad. In 2018, “Song of the Sea” won the “Best Painter under 30” Award at the 8th Plein Air Art Salon Competition in the United States. In 2018, he won the “International Excellent Mentor Award” of the 12th International Youth Art Festival. In 2019, his work “Believer” was selected in the 91st Artists’ Professional League Exhibition in the United States. In 2019, his work “The Spirit of Chaganor” was selected in the Annual Exhibition of the Royal Society of Oil Painters.
