Daniel Xue

Daniel Xue is a film director and visual creator who combines artistic vision with hands-on experience. He graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), often referred to as the "Harvard of design," majoring in Film/Animation/Video, and has been active in the North American film and photography industries for many years.

He has directed five stylistically distinctive short films, which have been selected by ten international film festivals and have won or been nominated for seven awards, showcasing his exceptional storytelling ability and visual style. Daniel excels at blending Eastern and Western cultures in his work and is a young creator constantly exploring new boundaries.

In 2003, Yu graduated from Beijing Film Academy majored in production management. As a producer, coordinator and associate director, he participated in the creation of nearly 20 films and TV dramas. He accumulated many years of experience in film and TV production, post-production and performing arts. His work includes “Seeking Mr. Right”, “Go Away Mr. Tumor”,” Animal World”, etc.
